CPS Site Manager Earns Phil Seat Award

Jane Lazarus, Ed.S, NCSP, the site manager for the Center for Psychological Studies School Psychology Program, is the recent recipient of the Phil Seat Award, which is given each year to an outstanding school psychologist in Broward County. The award is given in memory of Phil Seat – a well-respected consultant and school psychologist in the county. Lazarus has served as a Broward County school psychologist for more than 25 years.
